E+A has an opportunity for a 7-10 years of experience in the commercial design field Senior Architect/Designer or Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is a perfect opportunity to showcase the experience and skills you have acquired while mentoring developing talent.


Responsibilities include:  Participation on project design teams producing drawings, in collaboration with junior staff, from conceptual design renderings to final Construction Documents. Design activities include materials and design solutions research and implementation, working in a team-based environment to develop drawings in Revit. You will have the opportunity to lead project teams and interface with clients. Responsibilities include leading the preparation of documents and developing the skills of less experienced team members. Additional responsibilities during construction include review of project submittals, field visits with preparation of field reports and punch lists.


Qualifications

  • 7+ Years experience in architecture and architectural design

  • Proficient in Revit / BIM

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

  • Licensed or actively pursuing licensure.

  • Self-directed, organized, ability to focus on task, and possess good time management skills.

  • Proficient in English language and grammar in both written and verbal communication.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
